Trump is the Big Loser!

The Strangest Adventures is, for the first time, making a  political prediction. The crazy election of 2016 is almost over-time for Donald Trump to lose! But let’s examine some events of this election season. Trump beat sixteen other Republican candidates to became the nominee, even though he was arguably the least qualified Republican, though Ben Carson or Carly Florin were just as unqualified. Quite an accomplishment for someone with no experience in government service in any way and having the lowest favorability ratings in US political ratings.Trump began his run by asserting that Mexico is sending illegal immigrants to the US. That is just one of many things Trump has said, many things that have been challenged by the facts. Mr. Trump has gathered many followers based on his xenophobic message, even being supported by the Kiu Klux Klan’s official newspaper, The Crusader. Also Trump receives support from his wife. his children, and Mike Pence, but not of the Republican party. Paul Ryan won’t even say Trump’s name!

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is his opponent, and seems to be the eventual victor on election day and the next President of the USA despite also having low favorability ratings among the electorate as well. For balance, the electorate can examine her lies as well, then decide. Hillary also has people supporting her run too. Her husband, former President  of the United States plus President Obama, Al Gore, former rival Bernie Sanders even Jay-Zee, Beyonce and Bruce Springsteen. Clinton’s main problems seem to revolved around her using a private email server. server while secretary of State.   The FBI decided, with only ten days until the election, to investigate her emails found on Anthony Weiner’s laptop. Anthony is the separated, soon to be ex husband of Huma Abedin, who is Hillary’s top aide. Three days before the election, the FBI ended their investigation, resulting in a stock market surge.  The Stock market had been weakened based on fears of a Trump presidency.

At The Strangest Adventures we’ve been amused by Trump but we’re not amused to hear the possibility that he’s merely a puppet of Russia’s leader, Vladimir Putin. We were not amused at his hidden mike moment with Billy Bush! It was not amusing, either when he proposed banning all people of a single religion from entering the USA. We’ll be glad to see him off of the national stage though Trump does have a large following, mostly people that would in a normal year vote Republican. We are entering a new era-what is to become of the Republican Party in this post-Trump Era? It promises to be another Strange Adventure!

Trump Versus The GOP!

Last time Billionaire Developer/Reality TV Star Donald Trump was featured on TheStrangest Adventures we presented what Donald Trump and other celebrities had to say about Trump.  It’s no secret that Donald currently tops the Republican polls, though no voting occurs before February. The schedule is here for the curious. Also it’s no secret that Trump has made a point of insulting his opponents, his favorite tool to do this is Twitter, the perfect media for someone with a fourth grade vocabulary, like Donald Trump. Plus Twitter is free. Whether by Twitter, on TV or in front of large crowds, his childish taunts and insults have raised a few eyebrows. Here are just a few notable examples.

JebBush has been covered by The Strangest Adventures before. Trump says Jeb is “Low Energy”.
ChrisChristie-More about Christie here and here. Trump seems angry that Christie hugged President Obama.
TedCruz-Trump question’s Ted Cruz’s eligibility to run for president, just more birtherism from the Donald.
CarlyFiorina-Apparently he likes to rub it in that she got fired.
LindseyGraham-Trump calls Graham an idiot and then gives out Graham’s cell phone number at a live event.
BobbyJindal- Donald loves to rub it in other candidate’s faces when they don’t poll well.
John Kasich- Trumps says Kasich was incompetent as a managing partner of Lehman Brothers.
GeorgePataki-Trump says Pataki was a terrible governor of New York.
RandPaul- Donald declares Rand to be truly weird.
RickPerry- Trump says Rick Perry is so dumb that he should be forced to take an IQ test. In all fairness Perry was smart enough to quit running for president!
MarcoRubio-Trump says Rubio is the most disloyal guy. And then there was the time Marco Rubio responded to Obama’s State of the Union speech.
RickSantorum-This time Trump brags that he owns a plane, something Santorum lacks. There’s more about Rick Santorum here and here.
ScottWalker-Trump says Walker’s Wisconsin is over levered.

Here at The Strangest Adventures, we stand amazed at how well Trump is currently doing in the polls. He feigned shock when Dr. BenCarson, who seems to be rising in the polls, questioned Trump’s commitment to Christianity based on Trump’s lack of humility. We could find no comments of note about Jim Gilmore or Mike Huckabee, they’re seemingly beneath his notice. However we’d be remiss if we didn’t inform you of the time Donald Trump posted a graphic of himself that included SS soldiers! Twitter was not kind to him on that occasion. Today CNN hosts the second Republican Debate, let’s see how things stand after this one, Trump complained bitterly for weeks about the “unfair questions” he was asked at the last debate. In the unlikely event that Trump gets the nomination in 2016 then gets elected as President, it will be the strangest adventure this USA has ever been on!

Postscript

This graphic is a homage of X-Men #141 which began the "Days of Future Past" storyline, which later was adapted into a movie. There's also a bit of Trump's "Art of the Deal" thrown in for good measure. In case anyone thinks we cheated by not including every candidate, this is what Trump is covering over in the graphic.

Candidates of 2016-Ted Cruz!

Senator Raphael “Ted” Cruz, Republican Senator from Texas, is running for President of the United States.  Ted as he prefers to be called, was born in Canada to an American mother and a Cuban father. By the way here is a bit of history about the elder Cruz when he was working for Fidel Castro.

According to sources I’ve checked the mere fact he had one American parent, wherever he was born, makes him a natural born American citizen, qualified to become President. OK, if you say so. Still, it’s hard to not think of his foreign origin. Obama, who was born in the USA, has received no end of grief about his qualifications.

Cruz made his announcement at Liberty University, a Christian Fundamentalist College in Lynchburg Virginia founded by Jerry Falwell, at an event all students there were required to attend.  He told a story of his parents recovering from alcoholism as a result of becoming Christians to illustrate the power of his beliefs. While not saying this directly, it seems pretty obvious that he thinks God wants him to be president. You read it and see for yourself. Let’s see how many other candidates have that attitude (Huckabee anyone?).

This guy has made his whole time in congress about fighting Obamacare; he even shut down the government over it in a fit of pique.  So how, in my opinion, ironic that on his second day running for president that he signed up for the ACA! He could have bought private insurance or did something else to replace the insurance of his wife; she quit working for Goldman-Sachs until Ted drops out of the race but he opted to get coverage under the insurance plan he was elected to congress to stop. Ha!

Ted had vowed to stop Loretta Lynch from being confirmed as Attorney General; he enumerates the reasons here at Politico. BUT when the day to confirm her came, Cruz was nowhere to be seen! Apparently, fundraising is more important than principles.

Something else Ted Cruz decided he didn’t need to do is buy the rights to his own name as an Internet domain. www.tedcruz.com was purchased long ago and praises President Obama and Immigration Reform. More details about his and other candidate’s website woes here.

An entire blog could be devoted the many foibles of Ted Cruz, and his unsuitability as President of the United States. Or at least some space at PolitiFact!. He’s in a group I’ll call the “Loser’s League”, space wasters in a presidential election year. For his sake, I hope this is the last time he’ll be this deluded about his chances of becoming president.  Take off, you hoser.
Just for fun, here is Ted with molester Josh Duggar.
